Terms and Conditions
Pick up and drop off
A 15 minute slot will be given either side of the collection and drop off time. You will be allowed 15 minutes either side of your collection time to be with us. If you are later than this, we will not guarantee that your hire may go ahead and you will not be refunded.
Collection of the box the evening before can only be accommodated subject to availability – we will let you know closer to your hire date if this is possible. For all full day hires, we ask that our lorry is returned by 7pm that evening. IF you are going to be late, please let us know. Late return charges apply.
Cleaning fee
We ask that the box is cleared of all shavings and droppings and fully swept out/cab cleaned out after every hiring. An extra cleaning fee will be applied if this is not done. Cleaning service can be requested at and extra £20 per hire if wished.
Deposit and cancellation policy
50% deposit will be taken on booking with the remainder collected 48hours before the hire. For any trips cancelled 48hours prior to the booking you will receive a refund of the deposit. After the 48 hour period no refund will be given.
Excess
An excess amount will be held prior to your trip as part of our insurance policy incase of any accidents or damage to the box.
Excess amount will be confirmed upon booking request.
All hire includes breakdown cover and insurance for one person, additional drivers can be accommodated but charges apply.
ID
We require paperwork and proof of ID from you in advance of your hire. If this is not provided in full by the time of your hire, we will not go ahead with your booking and you will not be offered a refund.
T&C
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit or cancel your hire if we feel it is needed.
You hire at your own risk. Horses can be unpredictable and we will not held liable for damage caused by mishandling or behaviour.
Full terms and conditions will be issued by email at the time in which a booking is made.
